Libertarians for Kennedy hired Dan Smotz of Goulash Media, known as the content creator for 2020 Libertarian Presidential candidate Dr. Jo Jorgensen, the Libertarian Party, the Mises Caucus and many other Libertarian candidates. The direction given to Dan was simple. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. claims that he has been speaking in defense of “free market capitalism” for decades. If such a claim were true, then it should be relatively easy to find video of Mr. Kennedy speeches championing the free market. The Internet did not disappoint.
The video includes excerpts from three speeches given 30 years ago, 10 years ago and recently at the Libertarian Party of California convention panel discussion. The video shows that Mr. Kennedy has consistently defended free markets for over a lifetime but also denounced corporate welfare and regulatory capture as the source of all problems in American political life.
